Booth information

Each exhibitor is listed in the official Bridging Partnerships program book and will receive two full conference attendee passes.

Each 8′ x 10′ exhibit hall booth space includes the following:

– pipe and drape
– 1 draped 8′ table
– 2 chairs
– garbage
– fully carpeted booth space
– power included by request only

Payment terms

Payment must be made in full at time of registration to secure booth location.

Requests for cancellations must be submitted via email to prior to April 1, 2018, to receive full refund.

All cancellations made after April 1, 2018, are subject to a $50 processing fee.
No refunds will be made for no-shows.
