Booth information
Each exhibitor is listed in the official Bridging Partnerships program book and will receive two full conference attendee passes.
Each 8′ x 10′ exhibit hall booth space includes the following:
– Pipe and Drape
– 1 Draped 8′ Table
– 2 Chairs
– Garbage
– Fully Carpeted Booth Space
– Power Included By Request Only
Payment terms
Payment must be made in full at time of registration to secure booth location.
Requests for cancellations must be submitted via email to info@tricityregionalchamber.com prior to March 8, 2026, to receive full refund.

All cancellations made after March 8, 2026, are subject to a $50 processing fee.
No refunds will be made for no-shows.
Shipping Instructions for Exhibitors
If you plan to ship your booth materials to the venue in advance, please utilize the information below to ensure a smooth delivery and return process.

Label Your Shipment:
Make sure to include the conference name and your booth number/business name on all shipments.

Advance Shipping & Fees:
Booth materials can arrive up to 3 days before the event at no charge. If shipments arrive earlier than 3 days before the event, a $10 per package per day fee will apply.
Return Shipping Instructions:
A designated package drop-off area is located in the back of the house at the convention center. Ensure that your return shipment has a prepaid return label attached. At the end of the event, please check in with the convention center’s operations staff for assistance in ensuring your package is picked up.
