2026 BUS TOUR INFO COMING SOON! Thank you for your interest, and we encourage you to stay tuned for next year’s event for another opportunity to participate. Or visit Manhattan Project B Reactor Tours for more information on future tour seasons.
For those interested in the bus tour, please note the following:
- The Department of Energy is now requiring proof of US citizenship be shown by each visitor intending to tour the Site. There must be physical proof of approved documents that demonstrate citizenship – photocopies or pictures of the documents are NOT approved. ANYONE NOT BEING ABLE TO SHOW CITIZENSHIP WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TOUR. This requirement is non-negotiable and will be enforced. The attached PDF lists the approved documents that DOE Visitor Control uses to not only confirm identity, but also, to confirm citizenship. A standard driver’s license (not enhanced), Real ID driver’s license or Military ID is sufficient for validating identity but DOES NOT satisfy the citizenship requirement. Note that if a person has a state issued ENHANCED driver’s license or a valid US passport, those things satisfy both requirements.
- Click HERE for Required Forms of Identification for Hanford Site Access for important badging information. Please read information carefully. NOTE: Name provided on bus tour registration must match exactly the name(s) shown on photo ID. Any questions, please call 509-376-3215.
